RISE · Phase Three

Reclaim

Take back your joy, your softness, your sense of self.

You remember who you were before. Maybe it's been a while since you've let yourself think about her, but she's there. The version of you that laughed easily, that had things she loved, that wasn't managing quite so many things at once. She didn't disappear. She got buried under everything that came after.

Reclaim is the phase where you go back and find her.

This is not nostalgia. You're not trying to go back to who you were. You're trying to bring the best parts of her forward into who you're becoming. The joy that got put away because it wasn't practical. The softness that hardened into armor as a survival strategy. The sense of yourself that got quiet when everything else got loud.

Reclaiming your soft life isn't about grand gestures or dramatic changes. It's about asking honest questions. What did I used to love that I don't make time for anymore? What parts of myself have I been hiding? What would my life look like if I actually let myself enjoy it? Those are the questions that live in this phase.

The work of Reclaim is permission work. You have to give yourself permission to want your life to feel good. And then you take the first small step toward making that true. Not all at once. Just one honest choice at a time.
