Return and Refund Policy

All sales of digital products are final. This includes downloadable guides, workbooks, toolkits, templates, assessments, and any other content delivered electronically. Because digital products are available to you immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds once the file has been accessed or downloaded. This applies whether you have opened the file or not; once the download link has been made available to you, the sale is complete.

We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the content, change of mind, or claims that the product did not meet expectations. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read the product description and understand what you are buying.

Refunds will not be issued for duplicate purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your download, contact us at hello@drnesh.com and we will work with you to resolve it. Technical support is limited to download access issues only.

For print-on-demand books: Because each book is printed individually at the time of order, we are unable to accept returns. All book sales are final.

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@drnesh.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will review your claim and determine next steps at our discretion.

For merchandise (apparel, totes, accessories, and other physical goods): Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selection. Please review sizing guides carefully before purchasing. All sales are final.

If a package is returned to our fulfillment partner due to an undeliverable or incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for reshipment costs. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

All refund and replacement decisions are made at the sole discretion of Dr. Tenesha J. Lewis and the Dr. Nesh brand.
